After the fall of Kabul, she helped evacuate hundreds of Afghan civilians, including Catholic and LGBTQ families, working through her diplomatic ties.

 

During the Covid-19 pandemic she launched a national telehealth hotline offering free care to rural and underserved communities. Through the Jill Kelley Foundation and events such as Wounded Warriors Gasparilla, she supports combat-wounded veterans and economically challenged families.
