The Honorable Jill Kelley is an expert on international advocacy and foreign policy. Known to be the 'connective tissue' to the diplomatic world, Mrs. Kelley has been recognized as one of the most globally instrumental Arab-American women.    

 

Her work at the highest levels of international leadership played a crucial role in informing and supporting U.S. military operations expanding over the multi-national forces of 60 countries, collectively called the “Coalition.” Mrs. Kelley's networks and knowledge of the Middle East, Asia, and Europe have helped advance American interests during the most critical points in current history.

 

Mrs. Kelley is a former honorary Diplomat and served as the first Honorary Ambassador to the International Military Coalition Forces at United States Central Command under General James Mattis. During her appointment, Mrs. Kelley met regularly with Royals, Presidents, Prime Ministers, and Parliaments to foster military, security, and cultural relationships.

 

She received the esteemed Joint Chiefs of Staff Award for her leadership with the U.S. Military, as well as was the recipient of the Multinational Military Coalition’s Award on behalf of the largest military force in the world- an honor only bestowed upon a few individuals. Because Mrs. Kelley is multilingual, she is able to bridge cross-cultural exchange and strategic relationships through her natural ability to create dialogue, which she believes is the straightest road to diplomacy.

 

As the only envoy to the 60 Multinational Coalition Nations, Mrs. Kelley understands the global vision needed to sustain our coalition’s agendas and missions. Her unique access at the highest levels has enabled her to play an instrumental role in influencing the course of peace, support, trade, and military diplomacy across the world. Her unique expertise gives her the ability to opine on political and economic instabilities arising in the area of region (AOR), with the ability to predict and prevent the political vulnerabilities across the diplomatic community.

 

Mrs. Kelley was the youngest appointed Honorary Consul General to South Korea. Her title was bestowed by the President of the Republic of South Korea because of her ability and expertise to influence and advance international trade and economic opportunities via the newly created U.S- Korea Free Trade Agreement.

Mrs. Kelley is one of the few females with a unique expertise in national security and foreign policy through the lens of energy resources, markets and military security by employing an entrepreneurial approach to solving diplomatic challenges.

Respectively, she is currently an executive and investor in many energy security projects by brokering diplomatic and commercial agreements for our global allies in need of strengthening their clean, green, and renewable energy needs.

She was the architect behind the new US military base recently installed in Poland. Currently all US military and multinational allies run joint operations out of this military installation, which not only brought extraordinary security to the people of Poland, but inadvertently catalyzed their economy giving Poland strategic significance in the region.

One of her more recent accomplishments was assisting in the evacuation of hundreds of Catholic and LGBTQ Afghans when the Taliban seized power of Afghanistan. Mrs. Kelley, whose Catholic family immigrated to the US to escape religious persecution in Lebanon, continues to work through her diplomatic ties to extract more Afghan refugees from danger zones. 

 

Mrs. Kelley is currently the President of Military Diplomacy Strategies, LLC. Her advisory firm advises Ambassadors and provides in-depth analysis of geo-political challenges and trade opportunities by galvanizing her deep accesses across the international community, combined with her senior level U.S. government relationships.

As an advisor to numerous Nations, Mrs. Kelley coordinates key public, private, and social sector partners and stakeholders to help support Sustainable Development Goals.

 

In 2018, Mrs. Kelley began forming an “Economic Coalition” by building a strategic collaboration of allied counties from her Military Coalition. As a “disruptor” to traditional diplomacy by proposing and implementing cross-border policies, Mrs. Kelley’s niche is a counterbalance to the economic inequalities and imbalances by creating new global infrastructure projects. By advancing this unique diplomatic solution, her missions serves both as a bond between the United States and Coalition Nations (60 countries) by simultaneously addressing national security threats and economic challenges, to have a systematic and sustainable impact around the international world. 

In 2021, her expertise on global national security issues landed her the prestigious appointment as an Executive Director on the board of Ionic Rare Earth, where she is spearheading an end to end solution for the first Rare Earth campus, creating the first complete REE ecosystem in the USA.

In addition, she used her cyber expertise to address the shortcomings of the prevalent malware and ransomware attacks by creating the first ubiquitous blockchain authentication platform EdentifID™ with a team at Deloitte.

Before Mrs. Kelley’s formative years, she was an aspiring doctor where she met Dr. Scott Kelley at the University of Pennsylvania while she was publishing medical research. Based on her ability to analyze and interpret scientific data, Mrs. Kelley later developed and patented a number of prophylactic medical patents to ensure safer surgery by preempting and preventing common medical mortalities during surgery. She is the co-founder with her husband, Dr. Scott Kelley, to SafeGuard Surgical, a life science company that developed a biodegradable stent placed at the time of surgery to protect against surgical leaks "LEAKGUARD".

 

As an immigrant, she has always been on the forefront of being the few women leading in diplomacy, technology, science and medicine.   

 

Mrs. Kelley is a proud mother of three academic daughters. Her oldest daughter attended Phillips Exeter Academy where she proudly served on the Exeter Parents Committee.  

 

In addition to her faith, family and career, Mrs. Kelley is a lifelong champion for the economically challenged minority communities. During the Covid pandemic, she dedicated a national hotline using AI, Analytics and Tele-Med to offer free healthcare to the marginalized and rural communities that did not have access to quality healthcare. For over three decades, she has been a champion for marginalized families with housing inequities. Her non-profit reflects her life long advocacy for social justice reform which is based on her passion to protect civil rights/liberties and the most vulnerable and oppressed communities that have been denied of basic human rights both here and abroad. Her foundation, The Jill Kelley Foundation, has worked to bring dignity to economically challenged families, our combat-wounded veterans, and minority communities that deserve their human right. Through charity events for The Jill Kelley Foundation, such as her Wounded Warriors Gasparilla event, she has brought many philanthropists and sports celebrities together to support the community. Between her philanthropy, entrepreneurship and activism Mrs. Kelley continues to dedicate her time to international crises around the world.
